Step 2: Valuation of your property

Research will be carried out on your property and others in your area to help us determine the Market Value. A guide offer (subject to a survey) will be made based on our findings.

Step 3: We make the offer

The surveyor will provide a full report detailing the current market value of your property, including any repairs that may be required. Once we receive this report we will then provide you with a formal offer immediately in writing. The survey and offer are FREE of charge.

Step 4: Notify solicitors

Once you accept our offer we will instruct our solicitors and we can then arrange a mutually convenient and speedy exchange. You may use a solicitor of your own, or you can use the solicitor we use regularly. Don’t forget we pay all your solicitors fees on completion.

Step 5: Exchange / Complete

The normal time taken to complete the entire sale process is usually around 4 weeks, although at times the sale can go through quicker. However you can chose a completion date to suit you, you are under no pressure to move out quickly, unless you want to.

Step 6: Move on with your life

The cash is paid into your nominated account, and you are now free to move on.

The whole process can normally be completed in a few short weeks, furthermore our service is totally confidential and nobody will ever know your house has been sold.
