What areas do you cover?

Property Angel Solutions is a locally Aberdeen based company. We mainly cover Aberdeen city and Aberdeenshire. However we are open to offers within the UK.

How quickly can you make an offer for my property?

An offer is made within a few days of viewing your property.

How long does it take to sell my house?

We can complete in as little as 2 weeks. Average timescale is 28 days.

How much will it cost me to sell to you?

Nothing. There are no hidden fees with our service – no estate agent, survey, legal or home report fees.

Do I need a ‘Home Report’?

From the 1st Dec 2008 you are required by law to carry out Home Report in order to sell your property ‘on market’ ie. via an estate agent. However dealing with Property Angel Solutions, your property will be classed as ‘off market’ meaning you are not required to carry out a Home Report.

Do I have to do any work?

No, the whole process is managed for you from start to finish.

When do I have to vacate my property?

You decide on your own time scale.

Do you provide financial advice?

No we don’t but we can put you in touch with an independent financial advisor.

My home is being threatened by repossession can you help?

Yes. One option to stop repossession is to sell your house.

Will I need a solicitor?

Yes. You can use your own or we can recommend one for you, either way we cover your legal cost.

My property is in a poor condition and needs a lot of work, can you still help me?

Yes. Properties of any condition are considered.

I don’t want my neighbours to know about the sale, is this possible?

Yes. There are no ‘For Sale’ or ‘ Sold’ boards. Our service is discreet and fully confidential.

Know someone who wants a fast sale, should I tell you?

Yes, and if you do you will earn yourself a ‘Finders Fee’ of £750 if we end up buying the property.

Do you buy portfolio of properties?

Yes we do.
